Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a highly skilled VP, EV Charging Systems to lead the engineering of Exoben’s charging technology.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and practical VP, EV Charging Systems to lead the engineering of Exoben’s charging technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing charging systems, including power electronics, hardware architecture and system performance.

You will ensure that charging systems are efficient, reliable and fully integrated with Exoben’s energy storage and solar platform.

You will work closely with infrastructure, software and grid teams to deliver charging systems that perform well in real environments.

This role requires strong technical expertise and a focus on real-world performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the design and engineering of ExoBoost™ charging systems.

You will oversee power electronics, system architecture and charging performance.

You will ensure strong integration between charging systems, energy storage and solar generation.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in EV charging systems, power electronics or energy systems.

You have strong understanding of charging technologies, power conversion and grid interaction.

You have experience designing systems for real-world deployment.

You understand challenges such as load management, efficiency and uptime.

You are practical, detail-oriented and focused on results.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
