Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a Charging Network Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of its EV charging network in the United States.

You will monitor system performance, uptime and reliability across all charging stations, coordinating with field, software and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain high availability. You will focus on improving efficiency, uptime and customer experience across the network, supporting expansion and scaling efforts to grow the ExoBoost™

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
  • Experience in infrastructure operations, preferably in energy or telecom systems.
  • Understanding of network operations and system monitoring.
  • Practical, organized and performance-focused.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Charging Network Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of Exoben’s EV charging network.

In this role, you will manage system performance, monitor network health and ensure all charging stations operate reliably.

You will coordinate with field teams, software teams and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain high availability.

You will also focus on improving efficiency, uptime and customer experience across the network.
