Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and practical VP, Vehicle Engineering to lead Exoben’s vehicle development.

In this role, you will be responsible for the engineering of electric vehicles from architecture to performance and production readiness.

You will ensure that vehicles are efficient, durable and designed for real-world use, including commercial fleets and everyday transportation.

You will work closely with battery, charging and autonomous systems teams to ensure full integration across the Exoben platform.

This role requires strong engineering leadership and a focus on execution.

Qualifications
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
  • You have 12 to 15 years of experience in vehicle engineering, EV systems or automotive development.
  • You have strong understanding of EV architecture including powertrain, battery integration and vehicle systems.
  • You have experience taking vehicles from concept to real-world deployment.
  • You understand real-world challenges such as durability, maintenance and cost efficiency.
  • You are practical, detail-oriented and focused on results.
  • You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
