Job Description

We are looking for a practical and results-driven SVP, Charging Networks to lead the execution of Exoben’s EV charging infrastructure.

In this role, you will take the direction set by the Chief EV Infrastructure Officer and turn it into real charging networks operating across multiple regions.

You will oversee deployment, performance and operations of ExoBoost™ systems. You will ensure charging stations are reliable, efficient and fully integrated with energy storage and solar systems.

You will work closely with engineering, software and field teams to deliver a seamless charging experience.

This role is focused on execution, uptime and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the execution of EV charging network projects across different markets.

You will oversee deployment and rollout of ExoBoost™ charging stations.

You will ensure strong integration between charging systems, energy storage and solar generation.

You will manage project timelines, budgets and delivery performance.

You will work with engineering teams to ensure systems are designed for real-world deployment.

You will coordinate with software teams to ensure network connectivity, monitoring and user experience.

You will ensure high uptime and reliability across all charging locations.

You will monitor system performance and improve efficiency over time.

You will identify and resolve operational challenges quickly.

You will support expansion into new markets by adapting infrastructure to local conditions.

You will build and lead a strong charging infrastructure execution team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in EV infrastructure, energy systems or large-scale electrical projects.

You have strong understanding of EV charging systems, power distribution and grid integration.

You have experience managing infrastructure projects from planning to operation.

You understand real-world challenges such as uptime, maintenance and grid limitations.

You are practical, organized and focused on results.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
