Job summary

Exoben Inc. seeks an experienced Director, Charging Deployment to lead the rollout of its EV charging infrastructure in the United States. You will plan, manage and deliver charging sites across regions, ensuring on-time, on-budget deployment with reliable performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of Exoben’s EV charging stations across multiple markets.
  • Oversee site selection, permitting and development processes.
  • Manage installation, commissioning and delivery timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with engineering, grid solutions and operations teams for integrated deployments.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and external partners to ensure uptime and performance.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Director, Charging Deployment to lead the rollout of Exoben’s EV charging infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering charging sites across different regions.

You will oversee site selection, permitting, installation and commissioning. You will ensure that charging stations are delivered on time, within budget and perform reliably.

You will work closely with engineering, grid solutions and operations teams to ensure each deployment is practical and integrated with Exoben’s energy systems.

This role is focused on execution, coordination and reliable delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment of ExoBoost™ charging stations across multiple markets.
  • Manage site selection, permitting and development processes.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and delivery performance.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure systems are ready for deployment.
  • Work with utilities and partners to secure power access and site readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and external partners.
  • Ensure charging stations meet performance and uptime expectations after deployment.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support expansion into new markets by adapting deployment strategies to local conditions.
  • Build and lead a strong charging deployment team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in infrastructure deployment, EV charging or energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of site development, permitting and project execution.
  • Experience managing projects from planning to installation.
  • Understanding of real-world challenges such as grid access, timelines and coordination.
  • Organized, practical and focused on results.
  • Strong leadership with clear communication skills.
