We are looking for a highly skilled and execution-focused VP, Battery Systems Integration to lead the development of Exoben’s battery systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for combining cells, modules, battery management systems, thermal systems and power electronics into complete battery solutions.
You will ensure that all components work together efficiently, safely and reliably under real-world conditions.
You will work closely with cell engineering, manufacturing and product teams to deliver battery systems that are ready for deployment at scale.
This role requires strong system-level thinking and a practical approach to engineering.
This role brings all battery components together into one working system.
You ensure that Exoben’s batteries are not only powerful, but reliable and ready for real-world use.
