Banco Santander US, based in Miami, seeks a VP-level professional to lead Business Control & Unit for EUC, guiding risk governance and records management within the Corporate & Investment Bank. You will oversee EUC lifecycle, inventories, controls, and reporting while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology Risk to drive sustainable improvements.

The role demands 9+ years in financial services risk and strong leadership to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Records, Information Management, or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in financial services risk, records, and controls.
• Experience leading regulated records-management and EUC programs across entities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate risk reporting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the First Line of Defense Records Management Office for BSNY and SanCap.
• Oversee records lifecycle, inventories, retention schedules, and approvals.
• Deliver training and integrate requirements into risk controls and testing.
• Prepare executive risk reporting and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology Risk.
