Santander Consumer USA Inc. in Florida seeks a Senior Associate to monitor records management risk for the Corporate & Investment Bank and lead EUC governance across BSNY and SanCap.

You will ensure records are identified, inventoried, retained, protected, and remediated in line with standards and legal requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing Records Management Coordinators, coordinating inventories, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology Risk, and delivering training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Records or related field.
• Master's degree and/or CRM/IGP/CISA/CRISC certifications preferred.
• 9+ years in financial services, records/information management, or risk.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the First Line of Defense Records Management Office for BSNY and SanCap.
• Maintain procedures, process maps, and record-type elements.
• Oversee Records Management Coordinators and annual inventory reviews.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business on Records Retention Schedule.
• Oversee records lifecycle: classification, storage, retention, disposition.
• Deliver training, monitor exceptions, and remediation efforts.
• Escalate noncompliance and report to governance forums.
• Serve as CIB US EUC Coordinator; support inventory refreshes and health reporting.
