Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an experienced leader to head the Enterprise Transformation Management Office (E-TMO). You will establish enterprise-wide standards, governance cadence, and oversight across strategic initiatives, working with ELT and function leads to ensure alignment and accountability.

You will drive program reporting, manage dependencies and risks, unblock delivery, and realize benefits, while mentoring a team and shaping the PMO of PMOs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise program management or PMO leadership.
• 5+ years leading multi-function programs.
• Strong financial skills and benefit realization tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise TMO governance model and enforce standards.
• Run governance across the O&M enterprise and ELT reporting.
• Define and enforce one shared reporting cadence: cadence, stage gates, status definitions, data quality.
• Unblock delivery and drive benefit realization against baseline.
• Lead adoption of the governance model with functional leaders and build the Enterprise TMO team.
