Job summary

Vaco is seeking an Enterprise PMO Senior Manager to build and lead an enterprise-wide PMO supporting strategic initiatives, transformation, and organizational change. You will establish governance, portfolio oversight, delivery standards, and executive reporting to drive consistent execution across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, PMP certification, and experience leading or building an EPMO with multiple workstreams. You will partner with executives and mentor PMO staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of program and project management experience.
• Experience leading or building an Enterprise PMO (EPMO) function.
• Proven success managing enterprise-wide transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with portfolio management, governance, and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish PMO governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting processes.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs and enterprise projects.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to manage priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead and mentor project managers and PMO personnel.
• Drive project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
