Job summary

Applied Resource Group seeks a transformational IT and business leader to build and lead our Enterprise PMO and IT Transformation function from the ground up. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for enterprise governance, delivery frameworks, intake and prioritization processes, strategic planning capabilities, and executive-level reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise PMO/IT Transformation or Portfolio Leadership.
• Proven experience building or maturing PMOs and enterprise delivery functions.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation in complex environments.
• Portfolio management with executive/Board visibility.
• Strong in portfolio management, intake governance, prioritization & strategic planning.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid delivery & enterprise PPM.
• Strong financial acumen: budget, ROI, investment planning & forecasting.
• Vendor management & systems implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP, customer portals, enterprise apps & operational platforms.
• Excellent executive communication & stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Enterprise PMO function and governance model.
• Create scalable frameworks for project intake, prioritization, funding & resource planning.
• Drive portfolio transparency and executive visibility across all initiatives.
• Develop standardized delivery methodologies across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives aligned to business objectives.
• Define and execute the multi-year IT roadmap in partnership with executives.
• Ensure IT investment decisions align with enterprise priorities and ROI expectations.
• Drive organizational maturity in portfolio planning, execution discipline, and change management.
• Oversee enterprise programs spanning ERP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and business transformation.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting up to the Board.
