Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a visionary Vice President, Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, governance, and modernization of the enterprise application portfolio. You will own ERP/CRM/HCM, ensure security, reliability, and scalability while partnering with PMO, QA, Architecture and Integration teams to drive value.

You will oversee multi-year roadmaps, align with business priorities, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance, and advocate responsible AI and analytics within

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large portfolio of enterprise applications
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HCM/HRIS, finance, reporting, and cloud or SaaS platforms
• Proven success modernizing enterprise applications and delivering large-scale implementations, upgrades, and migrations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year corporate applications strategy and roadmap
• Own strategy, lifecycle, product ownership, service levels, maintenance, modernization, and operational health of corporate apps
• Lead major implementations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and audit readiness across the application lifecycle
• Advise CIO and executive leadership on capabilities, investments, risks, and opportunities
