Job summary

Veridian Service Partners seeks a senior systems leader to own the end‑to‑end stack: CRM, in‑home sales platform, the project management system, and cross‑system data integrity. You will configure, connect, and govern integrations that move from lead to contract to job to invoice, across multiple markets.

You will define a clear AI standard, partner with Legal/HR/Finance, and drive governance that scales with growth.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in business systems, revenue operations, or IT with real CRM ownership in a growing company.
• Deep Salesforce experience— configuration, objects, permissions, flows, reporting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain integrations between systems and discuss APIs, middleware, error handling, and sync failures.

Responsibilities

• Own i360 (Salesforce-based CRM), Leap/SalesPro platform, project management system, and the wider stack (Rippling, Sage, Ramp, Google Workspace).
• Define and enforce AI usage standards in collaboration with Legal, HR, and Finance.
• Lead the Salesforce Administrator and Growth Specialist today, and scale the function across markets.
