Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an experienced technology leader in Client Experience to partner with business stakeholders, translating needs into scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

You will guide delivery across analysts, architects, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering and application development teams, ensuring traceability from concept through implementation and maintaining architectural rigor throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, software engineering, or technology leadership roles.
• Experience with communicating with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, and priorities.
• Translate requirements into target-state architecture, integration approaches, and delivery plans.
• Provide solution architecture and technical leadership from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with analysts, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering, and development teams.
• Produce architecture artifacts covering context, components, data flow, deployment, and security.
