You will drive technology strategy, solution architecture, and delivery across global teams, modernizing distributed applications and advancing cloud adoption.

The role blends technical leadership with delivery management, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure secure, scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of technology experience with at least 5+ years leading application development and engineering teams.
• Proven experience managing enterprise application portfolios and large-scale technology programs.
• Strong leadership experience managing global and distributed engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success driving modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise-scale applications and integration platforms.
• Define and execute modernization roadmaps aligned to objectives.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and governance processes.
• Drive cloud-native adoption, APIs, event-driven solutions, and modern practices.
• Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple technology workstreams.
• Oversee agile processes and ensure SDLC compliance and security.
