Job summary

State Street is seeking a Lead Business Analyst, VP to bridge client/business and IT teams, defining interfaces and solving business challenges. You will be a subject matter expert in business requirements analysis and interface mapping, leveraging in‑house tools to deliver end‑state solutions.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 14+ years of experience as an interface mapping analyst or business analyst.
• Experience with Capital Markets and Middle/Back Office processing.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats (ISO 7775/15022/20022).
• Experience with industry messaging formats: AVRO, JSON, XML, FPML, SWIFT MT950/MT940, MX CAMT53.

Responsibilities

• Identify, compile, analyze and document interface mapping and business requirements reflecting business needs.
• Create interface mapping definitions and thoroughly test mappings and workflows.
• Gather business/system requirements via user meetings and interviews.
• Support project management activities including progress monitoring and QA.
• Collaborate with on‑shore and off‑shore teams across regions to deliver solutions.
