Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to deliver end-to-end architectures across domains and products. You will translate requirements into clear architectural artifacts and maintain blueprints, diagrams, and documentation in line with enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with System Architects and delivery teams to ensure designs align with enterprise intent, promote API‑driven and cloud‑native patterns, and support POD delivery with ongoing guidance

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in solution architecture or senior design roles.
• Experience across multi-system environments and complex domains.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to work with Product, Engineering, and Architecture stakeholders in matrixed teams.
• Knowledge of modern SDLC, DevOps, and POD models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for assigned domains, initiatives, or products.
• Translate business, functional, and non‑functional requirements into architecture artifacts.
• Produce and maintain solution blueprints, integration diagrams, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with System Architects and Delivery Teams to align domain designs with enterprise intent and coordinate integration patterns.
• Support POD teams by providing architectural clarity and ongoing consultation through the delivery lifecycle.
• Apply enterprise platforms and promote API-driven and event-driven integration approaches.
