Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep fluency in product management disciplines: roadmapping, portfolio strategy, NPI/stage-gate process, pricing, and VOC programs.
• Proven ability to lead through influence with senior leaders who are not direct reports.
• Experience building enterprise functions from scratch inside multi-business organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Product Excellence COE spanning Product Mgmt, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
• Establish common standards, tools, and talent practices across operating companies.
• Drive disciplined product line reviews, healthier NPD funnel, and improved customer experience metrics.
• Coach senior leaders and manage a lean corporate team through influence across the portfolio.
