Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in program management or delivery excellence.
• PMP certification and federal contracting experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex program data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise program governance, health reviews, and standards.
• Advise COO and leaders on portfolio performance and risks.
• Lead risk identification, corrective actions, and recovery plans.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Program Excellence team.
• Collaborate with finance, growth, and proposal to improve outcomes.
