Vontier is establishing an enterprise Center of Excellence spanning Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to standardize how products are planned, built, launched, and supported. Qualificações

• Extensive leadership across a multi-business-unit enterprise.
• Experience building enterprise standard playbooks across a portfolio.
• Deep fluency in product management disciplines: roadmapping, portfolio strategy, NPI/stage-gate, pricing, VOC.
• Ability to influence senior leaders who are not direct reports.
• Experience in industrial technology, manufacturing, or related B2B hardware/software environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the enterprise Center of Excellence spanning Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
• Establish common standards, tools, and talent practices across the businesses.
• Develop a maturity model, training curriculum, and career framework for product and talent.
• Partner with CPOs/CTO to ensure roadmaps and investments are rigorous and data-driven.
• Oversee portfolio health reviews, QNR cadence, and improve NPD funnel and launch performance.
• Champion AI and share engineering best practices across the portfolio.
• Build communities of practice to accelerate adoption of best practices.
