Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Vice President, Program Excellence to lead the enterprise program management office from our Fairfax, VA headquarters. You will establish scalable standards, drive governance, and partner with executives to improve delivery performance and customer outcomes.

The role reports to the COO and builds an enterprise center of excellence, mentoring PMs and expanding program capability across federal contracts. Strong leadership and PM discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 15+ years of program management and federal contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise program governance and health review processes.
• Advise COO and senior leaders on portfolio performance and risks.
• Lead enterprise risk management and corrective action programs.
• Guide transitions, recompete planning, and lifecycle excellence.
• Develop playbooks and training to raise program management maturity.
