Job summary

Quality Technology Services (QTS) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Enablement Program Director to own end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation programs. You will translate strategic aims into actionable roadmaps and drive adoption across the organization.

You will lead governance, manage budgets and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and champion change management to ensure timely, value-driven outcomes. Strong communication with senior leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience as a people leader in a direct supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in various project and program management methodologies.
• Governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a cohesive portfolio and actionable roadmaps.
• Communicate a holistic view of active work to identify gaps and resource needs.
• Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional teams to milestones with accountability for delivery quality.
• Establish governance with early stakeholder engagement and scope clarity.
• Champion change management for successful adoption of novos initiatives.
• Define and track program KPIs, OKRs, and budgets; report to leadership.
• Lead executive reviews to drive rapid decisions and accountability.
