Job summary
Alignment Health seeks an experienced senior leader to head the Transformation and Execution Office, overseeing Vendor Management, Enterprise Implementations, Business Intelligence and Insights, Operational Excellence, Enterprise PMO, and Capital Planning. Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, transformation, strategy, or consulting.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role leading multiple teams.
- Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage operations, Stars/HEDIS, provider network management, and regulatory requirements (CMS Interoperability).
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise direction and capital allocation across markets and functions.
- Lead vendor governance, risk management, and performance scorecards.
- Oversee enterprise technology rollouts and regulatory operations (CMS Interoperability).
