Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a VP, Enterprise Program Office to lead the organization’s most strategic transformation initiatives, driving governance, reporting and cross-functional execution. The role partners with Technology, Operations, Finance and People Services to align strategy with delivery, establish enterprise standards, and mature PMO capabilities across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 13+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 10+ years in enterprise program/portfolio management and PMO leadership.
• Proven experience building or leading an Enterprise PMO, Transformation Office, or similar function.
• Proven success building scalable PMO standards, governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Program Office for highest-priority initiatives, setting delivery strategies, governance, and plans.
• Establish enterprise governance forums, executive reporting, and cadence for portfolio reviews.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to align capacity, priorities, and execution across the organization.
