Job summary

CopilotIQ + Biofourmis is seeking a VP, Health Systems Partnerships to spearhead enterprise growth, own hospital and health system relationships, and translate strategic goals into a repeatable commercial motion.

You will drive enterprise sales, customer success, retention, and expansion, partnering with Product and executive leadership to prioritize market opportunities and scale the business across health systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise healthcare technology or digital health experience.
• Significant experience leading enterprise sales and commercial organizations in health systems.
• Proven ability to grow revenue via new logos and account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise GTM strategy across health systems, ensuring pipeline and revenue targets.
• Build and lead the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success organization.
• Establish relationships with senior health system executives and manage complex opportunities to close.
• Oversee post-sale customer success lifecycle to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Finance leadership to align market insights with strategy.
