Job summary

CopilotIQ + Biofourmis is transforming in-home care with an AI-driven platform supporting individuals through every stage of their health journey, from pre-surgical optimization to acute and chronic care.

The executive responsible for the health system business line will own strategy, P&L, and growth, partnering with product, clinical, operations, and finance to align investments with business needs and scale across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and scaling enterprise healthcare tech businesses.
• Experience owning a healthcare business line and enterprise GTM.
• Proven GTM execution across sales, implementation, and Customer Success.
• Track record selling high-value solutions to large health systems.
• Able to engage C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CNO).

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, P&L, growth plan, and overall performance of the health system business line
• Define competitive strategy across Hospital at Home, SNF at Home, Post-Acute RPM, and Chronic Care
• Develop and execute the business plan, including revenue goals and key performance metrics
• Partner with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Finance to align investments with business needs
• Lead strategic enterprise opportunities and develop relationships with senior health system executives
• Create a systematic strategy for expanding existing customers across facilities and geographies
• Translate market and customer needs into clear organizational priorities
• Build the organizational structure and leadership capabilities required to scale the business

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience building and scaling enterprise healthcare technology businesses
• Demonstrated experience owning a healthcare business line and enterprise GTM function
• Proven success executing GTM playbooks across sales, implementation, and Customer Success
• Track record of selling high-value solutions into large health systems
• Deep understanding of how health systems evaluate and scale technology-enabled care models
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CNO)
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
