The executive responsible for the health system business line will own strategy, P&L, and growth, partnering with product, clinical, operations, and finance to align investments with business needs and scale across geographies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading and scaling enterprise healthcare tech businesses.
- Experience owning a healthcare business line and enterprise GTM.
- Proven GTM execution across sales, implementation, and Customer Success.
- Track record selling high-value solutions to large health systems.
- Able to engage C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CNO).
Responsibilities
- Own overall strategy, P&L, growth plan for health system line.
- Define competitive strategy across Hospital at Home and related areas.
- Develop and execute the business plan with revenue goals.
- Align investments with business needs with cross-functional teams.
- Lead strategic enterprise opportunities and senior executive relationships.
- Create scalable org structure and leadership capabilities.
- Translate market needs into organizational priorities.
- Scale the business across facilities and geographies.
