Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive RCM experience or related leadership roles.
• Experience with Practice Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive engagement and relationship management with clients.
• Establish analytics-driven client success playbooks and dashboards.
• Lead AI/tech-enabled client support models to improve service delivery.
• Oversee SLAs, performance targets, and client satisfaction with internal leaders.
• Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with high-value, complex clients.
• Provide thought leadership using revenue cycle management expertise.
