Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems or related field.
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
• 10+ years of progressive RCM experience or related leadership roles.
• Practice Management Software experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic planning and develop and maintain RCM client relationships.
• Develop and maintain Client executive engagement and relationship management.
• Develop a new operating model for client success with different leverage models for different client segments.
• Establish analytics driven client success playbook and client dashboards.
• Proactively shape client support/service needs as we pivot to more AI/tech enabled models.
• Champion enterprise-wide process, system, and product enhancements to optimize operational performance and scalability across the discipline.
• Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships with key, high-value, and complex clients in collaboration with the Client Success team.
• Provide high-level consultation and thought leadership to clients, leveraging deep revenue cycle management expertise to deliver measurable business impact.
• Oversee the analysis of operational performance metrics, identify critical trends and risk areas, and ensure SLAs and client satisfaction goals are achieved.
• Identify and advance opportunities for the expansion of services, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.
