Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Vice President, Sales Producer to drive new business, build client relationships, and deliver consultative risk management solutions while achieving sales goals. This role is based in Newport Beach, CA and requires self-motivation, professionalism, and a client-focused mindset.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including account managers and service staff, to ensure quality delivery and sustained growth for HUB’s clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED (college preferred).
• 3+ years of related sales experience in Employee Benefits.
• Valid insurance license in good standing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships for retention.
• Delivers consultative risk management and insurance solutions.
• Documents activities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Collaborates with account managers and service teams.
