HUB International is seeking an Health & Welfare Practice Leader to drive retention and service targets for the Employee Benefits line of business. This executive role reports to the HUB President and leads client relationships, carrier partnerships, and EB strategy across a large organization.

You will oversee leadership, budgeting, and workforce planning while ensuring excellent client service and cross-sell growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license required.
• 10+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR, healthcare, or insurance.
• Hands-on management with mentoring and staff oversight.
• Proven client service record with cross-sell results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with national and multinational accounts; MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the EB Leadership Team, overseeing operational leads and analytics.
• Oversee full P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Drive capacity planning and workforce optimization.
• Strengthen carrier and vendor relationships to maximize value.
• Participate in executive governance and enterprise strategy development.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop EB service leaders; mentor teams.
