HUB International seeks an experienced Producer to drive new business through local networks and referrals. You will be supported by regional offices to build an entrepreneurial client journey and deliver top-tier service.

Responsibilities include generating opportunities, presenting solutions, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. A 3–15 year track record in B2B sales and licensing within 90 days are expected; insurance industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Ability to obtain state licensing within 90 days of hire.
• Previous insurance industry experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Present HUB's services and solutions at prospect meetings.
• Bring new business prospects to closure.
• Retain clients by maintaining strong B2B relationships.
