Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Senior Product Solutions Associate to drive and support Global payments initiatives. You will define sales strategy, perform client analysis, respond to RFPs, and develop solutions and pricing with Sales and Product teams.

You will collaborate with Global Clearing, Client Service, and Product groups to coordinate revenue growth, and you will explore new technologies such as APIs, Blockchain, and AI transforming the payments landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent in product or sales support within financial services.
• Experience supporting the sales cycle with decks, proposals, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports.
• Ability to convey clear messaging through storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills to support global functions.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis for client requests and quarterly reviews with senior management.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including target list development, aligning growth strategies with Sales, and reporting to Senior Management.
• Create and present meaningful project-based reports to clients and Senior Management during quarterly reviews.
• Foster strong partnerships with the global PSS team, Financial Institutions Sales, Product Management, and Business Management.
• Support the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions addressing client needs with Sales and Product.
• Contribute to pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits.
• Deliver compelling oral and written presentations with skills in building sales decks and training collateral.
• Establish forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team for successful configuration of solutions.
