Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Embedded Payments to drive end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, customer-centric payment solutions.

Lead 0-1 initiatives, define KPIs, and ensure production readiness with strong stakeholder engagement. You will partner with Product, Technology, Design and Analytics to shape platform strategies, validate requirements, and oversee go-to-market activities while maintaining

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services and/or product management.
• Deep fintech/payments knowledge including payment flows and money movement.
• Proven ability to drive change in matrixed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product and platform strategies from 0-1.
• Own end-to-end product delivery lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Define goals, requirements, KPIs translated into user stories.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, test plans, scripts.
• Conduct pre-release reviews including regression testing.
• Manage product backlog, support agile delivery, go-to-market.
• Monitor performance and plan enhancements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance teams.
