JPMorganChase in New York seeks an experienced Product Manager for Integrated Digital Solutions to own the end-to-end lifecycle of embedded banking and value-added services within client ERP/TMS/PMS ecosystems. You will translate customer needs into actionable product plans and collaborate across engineering, risk, legal, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Knowledge of onboarding clients to JPMorgan platforms and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of ERP and TMS enterprise solutions (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kyriba, Yardi) and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) API, JSON, and LLM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Drive the development and delivery of integrated banking solutions within enterprise applications (ERP/TMS/PMS) partnering with product managers, engineers, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners and third-party vendors to define and maintain the product roadmap for application integrations.
• Support the full product development lifecycle by documenting requirements and providing clear direction to development partners.
• Conduct and participate in user research to surface client needs and translate insights into partnership strategies and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with controls, sourcing, compliance, legal, risk and third-party oversight requirements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with cross functional delivery partners to align on go-to-market deliverables.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap and commercialization strategy for embedded finance capabilities.
