Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks an experienced Product Manager for Integrated Digital Solutions to own the end-to-end lifecycle of embedded banking and value-added services within client ERP/TMS/PMS ecosystems. You will translate customer needs into actionable product plans and collaborate across engineering, risk, legal, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Knowledge of onboarding clients to JPMorgan platforms and APIs.
Deep knowledge of ERP and TMS enterprise solutions (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kyriba, Yardi) and APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) API, JSON, and LLM tools.

Responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
Drive the development and delivery of integrated banking solutions within enterprise applications (ERP/TMS/PMS) partnering with product managers, engineers, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with partners and third-party vendors to define and maintain the product roadmap for application integrations.
Support the full product development lifecycle by documenting requirements and providing clear direction to development partners.
Conduct and participate in user research to surface client needs and translate insights into partnership strategies and roadmap priorities.
Partner with controls, sourcing, compliance, legal, risk and third-party oversight requirements.
Builds and maintains relationships with cross functional delivery partners to align on go-to-market deliverables.
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the roadmap and value proposition.
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Contribute to the strategic roadmap and commercialization strategy for embedded finance capabilities.
