JPMorganChase is seeking an Embedded Payments Product Manager, Vice President, to lead end-to-end product development across multiple U.S. locations including Chicago.

You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, work with fintech partners, and ensure scalable, compliant payment solutions that meet client needs. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services and/or product management.
• Deep fintech/payments domain knowledge with understanding of payment flows, digital wallets, and money movement.
• Proven track record in large, matrixed organizations; adept at navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration; able to influence cross-functional and executive teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in building scalable platforms and driving customer-centric innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design and Analytics to develop and deliver product and platform strategies from 0-1.
• Own and manage the product delivery lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Define product goals with clear requirements and KPIs translated into user stories and flows.
• Work with developers and testers to translate requirements into designs, test plans and scripts.
• Conduct pre-release reviews including regression testing to certify production readiness.
• Manage product backlog creation and grooming, support agile delivery, launch and go-to-market, production support, and prioritization.
• Monitor performance against goals and plan enhancements with remediation as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong risk and controls environment.
