Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City, NJ seeks an Embedded Payments Product Manager to lead customer needs analysis, define services, and document requirements across agile teams.

You will drive the end-to-end product life cycle and act as the voice of the customer, delivering scalable, top-notch client experiences. The role requires deep product management expertise, execution focus, and ability to influence across Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations and Technology to ensure successful launches

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Experience working with payments product management and Agile development methodology

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
• Collaborate with Client success teams to drive feature adoption and growth
• Own process to document and publish Client meeting notes, next steps and issue resolution
• Assist with planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap with stakeholders
• Analyze user journeys and use cases for various personas
• Coordinate with Embedded Payments feature teams to ensure clear requirements
• Build relationships with Legal, Risk, Compliance Ops, Technology and other stakeholders
• Maintain internal and Client documentation
• Support client production issues, defect management and escalations
• Assist sales and marketing as a product consultant and subject matter expert
• Assist in implementing Client programs including configurations and setups
