Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading end-to-end product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Drive development and delivery of integrated banking solutions within enterprise applications (ERP/TMS/PMS).
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to define and maintain the product roadmap for integrations.
• Document requirements and provide clear direction to development partners and vendors.
• Conduct user research to surface client needs and translate insights into strategy and priorities.
• Partner with controls, sourcing, compliance, legal, risk, and governance teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional delivery partners to align on go-to-market deliverables.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap.
• Track key success metrics such as cost, feature, risk, and reliability.
