Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Quality, or a related field is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive EHS, environmental, safety, risk, quality, or operational leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHS and operational risk strategy for support services with focus on data centers and critical environments.
• Establish scalable EHS policies and performance expectations across diverse operating environments.
• Identify and mitigate risks with new technologies and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements as a senior resource.
• Integrate EHS requirements into project development and ongoing operations.
• Provide leadership for electrical safety and emergency preparedness in high-risk activities.
• Establish governance for contractor qualification and performance management.
