Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director Global Safety to oversee global safety reporting operations and drive standardization across a highly regulated environment. This remote leadership role requires coordinating with vendors, governance teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.

The position also entails direct people leadership, shaping schedules and processes for global periodic safety reports and aligning with QPPV guidance in a global, remote

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of global safety experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of global safety experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of global safety experience.
• Minimum 4 years of direct people management experience.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, projects, or resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PASR team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain the global periodic reports schedule and related standards.
• Act as liaison between external vendors and cross-functional teams for report creation.
• Execute activities as delegated by the QPPV and maintain inspection readiness.
• Serve as the point of contact for Health Authority inspections and internal audits.
• Manage global staff within the functional area.
