EVO Services Group, LLC is seeking a visionary Vice President of Safety and Risk Management to lead our safety policies, programs, and procedures across EVO Transportation and subsidiaries. The role focuses on minimizing accidents, ensuring OSHA compliance, and driving a culture of safety excellence.

The position requires 5+ years in transportation safety management, a Bachelor’s degree, and CDS certification (or plan to obtain within 12 months).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in transportation safety management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• CDS certification required or to be obtained within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, communicate, and drive safety initiatives.
• Lead safety training and health programs; monitor OSHA data.
• Promote safety awareness to improve morale.
• Oversee DOT drug and BAT programs.
• Analyze incident reporting and driver observations.
• Provide oversight on safety loss reporting and prevention.
• Drive corrective action plans for risk management.
• Monitor DOT safety functions including reviews and training.
• Maintain metrics supporting strategic goals.
• Prepare information for compliance with DOT/FMCSA and others.
• Serve as EVO representative with insurance for equipment and work comp.
