Job summary

Big Watt Digital seeks a Vice President of Environmental Health, Safety & Security to build and lead an uncompromising zero-harm culture across global data center campuses. You will establish unified EHS standards, high-voltage safety protocols, and a robust security posture while governing SOC, PACS/VMS, and AHJ compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in EHS and physical security in mission-critical environments.
• Experience governing large contractor workforces and guard forces.
• Deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA, EPA air permitting, and AHJ frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Set unified EHS standards and high-voltage safety protocols across campuses.
• Oversee site physical security, PACS/VMS, and SOC operations; ensure audit readiness.
• Lead incident management, RCA/5-Why, and drive risk mitigation enterprise-wide.
• Govern contractor safety programs and cross-functional safety/security audits.
