Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Tampa seeks a Relationship Sales Officer for the Payments - Domestic Banks team.

You will grow business from under penetrated clients/prospects, build pipelines, and achieve new business sales goals through strategic account planning and relationship-driven selling. You will address cash management, receivables, FX, and related services, working with GCB bankers to deliver integrated treasury solutions and cross-sell across JPMorgan lines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of treasury services, payments, receivables and FX products.
• 5+ years in cash management, sales and relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong relationship, creative solutioning and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and time management skills.
• Understanding of Compliance and KYC processes.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable business from prospective and existing clients in partnership with GCB bankers and Payments colleagues.
• Understand clients' goals and identify opportunities for J.P. Morgan Payments solutions.
• Identify and engage clients on J.P. Morgan innovation strategies and products.
• Manage client visitation and promote sales through regular meetings.
• Collaborate with coverage team to expand existing business and create cross-sell opportunities.
• Engage JPMorgan Payments Solutions with clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
