Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Sales Officer for the Payments - Domestic Banks team to develop business from underpenetrated clients and prospects.

You will help clients meet objectives in cash management, payments solutions, FX, receivables, and blockchain services, and build pipelines to achieve new business sales goals through strategic account planning. Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of treasury services, payments, receivables, and FX products.
• 5+ years of cash‑management, sales, and relationship‑management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong relationship, creative solutioning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and time‑management skills.
• Understanding of Compliance and KYC processes.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with GCB bankers and the Payments team to develop profitable new business with prospective and existing clients, meeting sales and financial metrics.
• Understand clients' business goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for J.P. Morgan Payments solutions (cash management, receivables, trade, international payments, liquidity).
• Identify and engage clients on J.P. Morgan's innovation strategies and products.
• Manage client visitation and contact; promote sales through frequent meetings covering new products, market, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the coverage team to expand existing business, provide feedback to product managers, and generate cross‑sell opportunities.
• Engage JPMorgan Payments Solutions bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative, client‑driven framework.
