Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Vice President, Direct Consumer Sales & Experience in Fort Lauderdale to lead inbound and outbound luxury sales, Travel Services, and the Guest Experience Ambassador organization. You will drive revenue in a high-touch, concierge style and partner with Marketing, Technology, and Revenue Management to optimize the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct-to-consumer revenue growth at scale.
• Experience leading multi-site contact centers and guest-facing teams.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Technology and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the direct-to-consumer revenue target across bookings and ancillary revenue.
• Build and manage annual direct sales plan, budget, headcount and incentives.
• Oversee Travel Services (Air, Ground & Hotel) and ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Lead the Guest Experience Ambassador organization and optimize pre-embarkation experiences.
• Partner with global teams to align campaigns and flight/ship itineraries with demand.
