Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in Fort Lauderdale seeks an Experience Ambassador to deliver elevated guest relations and voyage servicing. You will manage a high-touch guest journey across booking, pre-, and post-voyage interactions, leveraging knowledge of ancillary offerings, destinations, and CRM systems to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• The candidate has experience in a contact center or luxury service environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication with a global luxury client base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line ambassador in a multi-channel contact center, handling calls, emails, and outreach.
• Present and tailor ancillary offerings including air, hotel, transfers, spa, dining, excursions.
• Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and requests with timely, accurate CRM updates.
• Coordinate complex, high-touch requests across multiple teams to curate personalized experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and interactions for personalization.
