Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection seeks a Director of Sales Capability & Training to build a high-performance sales organization across Reservations and Contact Center teams. You will define strategy, coaching frameworks, and performance interventions to accelerate revenue growth while delivering the luxury guest experience aligned with our Gold Standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Adult Education or related field.
Master's degree preferred for higher-level leadership roles.
Proven experience designing sales capability strategies in luxury or premium environments.
Strong curriculum development and instructional design expertise.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year sales capability and training strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
Establish a luxury sales methodology focused on value creation and consultative selling.
Lead a team of Training Managers, Specialists and Instructional Designers; partner with Sales leaders.
Design onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire productivity and contribution.
Measure impact with KPIs linking capability to commercial outcomes and ROI.
