Merkle Inc. seeks a VP, Head of Digital Product Engineering to lead commercial growth, market strategy, and evolution of the Digital Product Engineering practice in the United States.

This executive will bridge client needs with innovative product and engineering solutions, including AI-enabled offerings. The role is highly external, with 50% to 70% external focus on clients, market development, and pre-sales, while providing executive oversight of engagements and setting practice direction.

Qualificações

• Approximately 15+ years of progressive experience in product engineering, digital product development, software engineering, technology consulting, or related disciplines.
• Strong track record leading product, client, and commercial initiatives.
• Experience selling custom digital products, engineering solutions, or technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% to 50% and must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the commercial and go-to-market leader for the Digital Product Engineering practice.
• Establish and communicate a clear market position for the practice, including capabilities, differentiators, offerings, and growth priorities.
• Provide executive oversight for active engagements, identifying risks and removing barriers.
• Maintain awareness of delivery health, client satisfaction, revenue, margin, and account-expansion opportunities.
