Talener is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Engineering to drive product strategy and oversee a large product and engineering organization. This role requires translating market needs into strategy, guiding the portfolio of B2B2C enterprise SaaS products, and leading a 60+ person team including senior leaders.

You will balance modernization with ongoing production reliability and revenue continuity. The position is remote from the East Coast within the United States (EST hours).

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in product management or software engineering with director/VP level leadership.
• Experience leading a 50+ person multi-disciplinary team across product, engineering, or technology.
• Strong technical foundation enabling credible partnership with architects on architecture, APIs, and modernization.
• Proven track record owning strategy, roadmaps, investments, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience modernizing mature platforms without disrupting production and revenue continuity.
