Job summary

Merkle, part of the Dentsu group, seeks a VP, Head of Digital Product Engineering to drive growth and market leadership for its Digital Product Engineering practice. You will lead strategic client engagements, shape offerings, and advance AI-enabled solutions across industries.

You will balance external market leadership with internal practice direction, partnering with delivery and architecture leaders to ensure scalable, high-value outcomes for major accounts and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shaping and selling custom digital products or technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Experience with revenue growth, proposals, RFPs, and executive presentations.
• Strong ability to engage credibly with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and product executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial growth strategy for the Digital Product Engineering practice, driving revenue growth and margin performance.
• Lead market development, opportunity identification, and executive-level discovery with clients.
• Define differentiated product and engineering solutions and translate AI capabilities into client value.
• Provide executive oversight for active engagements and collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure profitable delivery.
